Carter DeLuca & Farrell LLP recently sponsored and attended the 2022 New York Institute of Technology Biotechnology Conference on April 7th, held at the NYIT De Seversky Mansion on Long Island. The event was a great success, highlighting prominent leaders, key global researchers and medical professionals, as well as innovators across the healthcare and biotechnology sectors.
Carmella Stephens, partner in Life Sciences IP Practice Group, was featured on the first panel. The conversations centered around transforming and improving the human condition. The event’s keynote speaker was Chad Bouton, who is Vice President of Advanced Engineering and Director of the Neural Bypass and Brain Computer Interface Laboratory, The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research at Northwell Health. He is also the Founder and CEO of Neuvotion, a client of Carter DeLuca.
