Thomas Keely has been with the firm since 2006. He has expertise in all phases of patent prosecution and designing portfolio strategies. Mr. Keely works with clients involved in a wide range of technologies, including computer hardware and software, internet-enabled technologies, cloud computing architecture, data-enabled therapeutics, telecommunication systems, artificial intelligence, and biomedical devices. His practice includes conducting due diligence investigations, validity studies, freedom-to-operate/right-to-use studies and preparing related opinions.
Mr. Keely earned his B.S. degree in computer and systems engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his J.D. at Brooklyn Law School.
