Kelsey Price joined the firm in 2022. Ms. Price is an associate admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. She has experience in patent prosecution, including drafting applications and preparing responses to Office Actions, and has assisted in conducting patentability investigations, freedom-to-operate searches, and landscape studies for clients.

Ms. Price is skilled in a number of technologies, including mechanical and electromechanical applications, aerospace, medical devices, and other computer, electrical, and mechanical technologies.

Ms. Price attended Stony Brook University, where her love of new technologies led her to work at the university’s makerspace. Being surrounded by hopeful inventors, she soon developed an interest in intellectual property protection. After obtaining a B.E. in mechanical engineering and gaining experience as a mechanical engineer in the defense industry, she decided to pursue a law degree and combine her technical expertise with her passion for helping inventors protect their creations. Ms. Price earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property law.
